Only authorised staff. Trade customers can only ever see their own company, orders, quotes, invoices, documents and pricing. Internal notes, cost prices and margin data are never visible to customers.
Account and transaction records are retained for the period required by UK accounting and trading obligations. Rejected applications are retained only as long as needed to evidence the decision.
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal data, subject to our record-keeping obligations. Requests should be sent to the trade desk.
