These placeholder terms describe how the trade account and supply relationship works. Final legal copy must be reviewed and supplied before launch.
Products are supplied only to approved business customers. Accounts are opened at our discretion following review of a trade application, and may be suspended or closed where the trade relationship or intended use is unclear.
Accounts must not be shared. Login credentials are issued to named individuals within the approved business.
All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not medicines, medical devices, foods or cosmetics.
Products are not for human or animal consumption, administration, ingestion or any clinical, therapeutic or diagnostic application. No medical, therapeutic, performance, weight-management or dosing claims are made or implied by us.
By placing an order the customer confirms it is a competent trade purchaser, will use products only in a controlled laboratory research setting, and will not resupply them for human or animal use.
Wholesale prices are confidential to the account they are issued to and must not be published or shared. Prices are exclusive of VAT and delivery unless stated.
Quantity-break bands and account tiers determine the unit price applied to each order line. Negotiated per-customer rates, where agreed in writing, take precedence.
Prices may be revised. The price applied is the price shown at the point an order is submitted or the price stated on an accepted quote within its validity period.
A minimum wholesale order value applies to every order and is displayed in the basket. Orders below the minimum cannot be submitted.
Quotes are private to the requesting account, may be amended by us before issue, and are valid only until the stated expiry date.
Payment terms are confirmed per account. Card payment processing will be provided by a nominated payment provider; provider details will be published here once appointed.
Selected research lines are supplied to order, with a typical delivery time of 7–10 business days from order confirmation. Delivery methods and charges are confirmed per account and shown at checkout once configured. Risk passes on delivery to the address supplied by the customer.
Placeholder policy pending confirmation. Shortages, damage or discrepancies must be reported within a defined window of delivery; unopened stock may be returnable subject to inspection. Final returns terms will be published here before launch.
Placeholder clause pending legal review. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The customer is responsible for its own risk assessment, handling, storage and disposal of research materials.
These terms may be updated. The version in force at the time of order applies. Substantive changes will be notified to active trade accounts.
